They riot all the time in the Arctic Circle, but it does not get on CNN.
They really create mayhem up there, shoving seal blubber into the faces of welfare workers and such.
Every time we try to reduce the limits for seal harvests they urinate on the effigy of President Bush. He is made out of snow, so that's a real downer.
I may have another theory.
